Rest & Relaxation

We had hoped to be in West Virginia playing this weekend - Salem International cancelled our game (they didn't have enough players to have a game) therefore, the girls had a few hard practices (wed, thurs, and fri) followed by 2 days off... which is what they needed. This gave the girls some time to go home, catch up on work, and time to relax. The ladies returned Sunday night for a team bonding activity put on by LHU Athletics. Now it's back to practice - we have 2 days before our Mercyhurst game - which should be a tough one, we have a good chace to give them a run for their money. Mercyhurst is currently ranked 24th in the country - BUT on any given day these things change, that's the beauty of Lock Haven ... we will put up a fight and come away with a win, all we have to do is BELIEVE!
